Q: Is there any guidelines for Credit Card payment?
A: Yes, there is. For proper credit card verification, the billing address on your order must match the billing address on your credit card. Please make sure that your name and address appears exactly the same as that on your credit card billing statement.

If your card has a security code please make sure enter it correctly on the payment screen.

You may see a hold of $1 on your bank statement after your transaction or credit card was not authorized in the online store. The online store needs to authorize this amount first to process your payment request. This is totally free.

If you use a corporate card, check with the card holder or your Accounting department to verify the name and billing address of the card holder. Corporate card orders must also use the name of the card holder in the billing address, and not the purchaser, in order to process the order successfully.

    As you can see the money has been paid and my order 2010021819474 shows it still to pay and if I hit paypal it tells me that it has been paid.     Dear CS. I just received a notification on my order. However I have a problem in trying to pay it using my credit card. I was directed to use a PayPal, which I did register already, however from the PayPal I received a notification that it needs to lift the payment limit on my order and in order to have my limit lifted I have to wait for my credit card statement to arrive at the end of this month (fyi the PayPal will put a code number on my statement that I can use to lift up the payment limit). Since it will take a while to use PayPal, I wonder if I can just use my credit card to pay directly to you.I hope by doing that the transactions will be a lot faster and you can immediately process and ship my order.
