If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, discountsgolfclubs will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. If you just intend to return an item, go to our online Return an Item.
Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds would be requested after we received and processed your return. If you are due to a refund for non-returnable items, a refund will be issued when you contact us about your product issue.
For items directly return to our Returns Center, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks from giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
