l         New Item Exchange or Refund

We will exchange or refund merchandise purchased through our website, within 3 days after you receive the item, the received date based on the sign-in date of the post office record. The exchange or refund item must be in original sealed condition without any damage. It’s buyer’s responsibility to pay the returning postage, we shall not be responsible for goods lost in transit when sending back. We recommend you to obtain the proof of postage in this case.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by discountsgolfclubs.com within 7 days after delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original condition. You may exchange for the same item or partial refund within 15 days after delivery.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return to shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please give us enough clear evidence to show the faulty of the item quality itself. We DO NOT accept the following faulty:

1.         Item damaged by buyers due to improper usage.

    the clubs i received from you are counterfeit clubs. i want to return my clubs with full refund, no questions asked. If i do not get a full refund i will be contacting callaway about your operation and also the police.
